Parish Meeting will begin at 10:15 AM
in the Parish Hall
The Annual Parish Meeting of St. Andrew Episcopal Church will begin following the worship service on Sunday, January 29. On that day, there will only be one worship service at 9 AM. Following the worship service, the congregation will meet in the parish hall for a brunch and the annual meeting. Election of new Vestry members, presentation of the 2012 budget and a summary of 2011 will be on the agenda.
“Those persons that are communicants of the parish in good standing not under sixteen (16) years of age, and whose names appear on the records of the parish treasurer as regular contributors to the support of the parish for the past six (6) months preceding; and all other persons not under sixteen (16) years of age, who will have been habitual worshippers at the public service of the parish, and whose names appear on the treasurer’s books as a regular contributor to its support the (6) months preceding will be qualified voters.” (St. Andrew Parish By-laws, Section 3D)
